I’ve been going to Erik’s group Feldenkrais sessions in Amsterdam North for a year now. They’ve been life changing.
“Awareness through movement” – I have to swallow when I think that these three words can mean so much for quality of life. No mysterious energy flows or other esoteric ideas. Just (very many different) simple movements and taking moments to observe their effects. And so easy to incorporate into everyday life.
I walk better, run better, sit better, lie down better, generally move and even breathe better… and so I’m healthier and happier as a result!
